Mil Game / Official terms

Rules &
legal notices

These terms describe participation in Mil Game, an AI-generated web series and promotional game experience. Players and spectators enter for free. Read this page before joining, and keep a copy for your records.

100% FREE PARTICIPATION: Players and spectators may join Mil Game at no cost. No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, or advertising sponsorship is required to enter, participate, place virtual bets, or be eligible for a prize.

01 / Mil Game administrator and advertising partners

Mil Game is administered, produced, and facilitated by MCI PARTNER (the “Administrator”). “Mil Game,” “we,” and “us” refer to MCI PARTNER and its authorized production vendors. Questions and requests should be submitted through the support form on this page.

Businesses that purchase advertising from Mil Game are advertising sponsors only. Their role is limited to paying for advertising placement and, when applicable, supplying advertising funds that Mil Game uses to support production and the prize pool. Advertising sponsors do not administer the program, operate participant accounts, select or eliminate players, determine winners, handle support, or distribute prizes. Once advertising funds are received, Mil Game independently facilitates the game, production, leaderboard, winner process, and prize administration.

Mil Game will publish its legal name, promotion start date, prize funding status, and any promotion-specific terms that supplement this page. Any final prize allocation and claim instructions will be posted before winners are announced.

02 / Free entry — no purchase necessary

Entry as a player or spectator is 100% free. No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, advertising-sponsor contribution, product order, or other consideration is required to enter, create an account, participate in a round, place a virtual spectator bet, or improve an entrant’s chances.

The prize pool is supplied directly from advertising purchased by Mil Game’s advertising sponsors. An advertising sponsor’s purchase of advertising does not buy a participant an advantage, a guaranteed selection, a higher chance of winning, or control over a game result.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. We do not knowingly accept entries that would be unlawful in the entrant’s jurisdiction.

03 / Eligibility and account limit

Unless a promotion-specific addendum states otherwise, participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to participate where they live. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate household members of Mil Game, its production team, advertising sponsors, prize suppliers, and their respective affiliates may be excluded. Mil Game may reject entries from locations where the promotion is not permitted.

One person may create no more than one player account and no more than one spectator account. Creating or using multiple player accounts, multiple spectator accounts, duplicate email addresses, false identities, bots, scripts, or coordinated accounts is prohibited. Violations may result in account closure, disqualification, player elimination, removal from the leaderboard, and forfeiture of any prize.

We may request reasonable identity, age, location, and account-ownership verification. An entry or account is not proof that the entrant has been selected as a player or will receive a prize.

04 / What Mil Game is

Mil Game is a 20-episode web series generated with various artificial-intelligence video, image, audio, and language models. The scripts and episode concepts are produced by an AI agent with human guidance, review, and production decisions. The final media may be edited, composited, stylized, or otherwise changed for storytelling and production.

The series may use fictional suspense or “survival game” themes. References to elimination, danger, or deadly mini-games are fictional story language only. No actual acting, stunt, physical challenge, violence, injury, or deadly activity is performed as part of the dice game. Do not attempt to imitate anything shown in the series.

05 / How a player round becomes the next episode

A player submits accurate contact information, city and state, a waist-up photograph with a clear view of the face, and any other requested materials. Selection, scheduling, production availability, or publication is not guaranteed. We may contact an applicant using the submitted email address.

The simple version: one round equals one episode. Each day, you make five rolls; those five rolls make your score for that day’s episode. When the round locks, your score decides your character’s fate in the show. Mil Game produces one AI-generated episode per day from the locked results. There is not a second secret game or physical challenge after your dice rolls.

  1. Mil Game runs one round per day, and that round determines one episode. Each active player uses the player dashboard to complete five server-generated rolls before the round deadline. Each roll reveals two six-sided dice.
  2. The five rolls are added together into that player’s round score. The dashboard records the score before the visual dice animation shows it, so the player cannot choose the result.
  3. When the round deadline closes, Mil Game locks the scores. The lowest completed scores are eliminated according to the published round format. A player who does not finish the required rolls by the deadline may be eliminated for that round.
  4. The locked survivor and elimination results determine the cast and story outcome for that day’s AI-generated episode. Surviving player characters continue in the series; eliminated player characters are written out of the show.

There is no separate physical challenge or real-world performance required to determine elimination. The last surviving player is determined only after Episode 20 is complete and all episode results have been finalized. That player may be eligible for the player prize described in the current promotion terms. Game records and production decisions are final absent a manifest error.

06 / Spectator participation and virtual balance

Each spectator account starts with a displayed virtual balance of $50,000. This balance exists only for leaderboard purposes and game facilitation. It is fictional accounting data, is not currency or property, has no cash or monetary value, and cannot be purchased, funded, withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, transferred, sold, donated, or converted into anything of value.

Important: “Betting” is only a term used to facilitate the spectator game. No actual consideration, money, property, or thing of value is wagered, won, or lost. Spectators are rewarded within the game for making the correct survival decision: a correct selection adds the virtual bet amount to the spectator’s virtual balance. Any real prize is governed only by the announced spectator prize terms.

Spectators may select a player and place a virtual bet on who will survive a round. A virtual bet is not a wager of money or anything else of value. If the selected player is eliminated, Mil Game deducts the wager from earned game points only. The protected starting balance remains available and the displayed balance will never fall below $50,000. A correct pick adds the wager amount to earned game points, subject to the dashboard rules and correction of obvious technical or accounting errors.

Betting closes every day at 6:00 p.m. Central Time. A spectator may submit one bet per round and may change that bet until the system locks the round. The lock time shown by the dashboard controls if it differs from a participant’s device clock. No entry fee or real-money deposit is accepted.

The top three spectator leaderboard positions are determined only after Episode 20 is complete and all spectator bets and round results have been finalized. Those three spectators may be eligible for real prizes described in the current promotion terms. Virtual balance is never itself a prize and cannot be used to claim or calculate a cash equivalent.

07 / Prize disclosures and winner process

Prizes are funded directly by advertising purchased by Mil Game’s advertising sponsors. Advertising purchases may support the series, prize pool, and commercial production, but they are separate from free participation. Advertising sponsors only purchase advertising; Mil Game controls the production, game facilitation, winner process, and prize administration.

Current promotion details

  • Start date: September 3, 2026. The promotion begins when these rules are posted.
  • Winner determination: after Episode 20 is complete and the final player and spectator records are finalized.
  • Intended total prize pool: up to $1,500, funded by advertising proceeds received by Mil Game.
  • Spectator prize: TBD. The spectator prize tiers and exact amounts will be determined from the advertising funds secured for the prize pool and posted by Mil Game before winners are announced.
  • The final allocation between the last surviving player and the spectator prize tiers depends on the advertising funds secured for the prize pool. Mil Game will not promise or distribute funds it has not secured.
  • Spectator ties: if two or more eligible spectators tie for a paid leaderboard tier, the prize assigned to that tier will be split equally among the tied spectators. No random or additional competitive tiebreaker will be used. Any fractional-cent remainder will be handled by Mil Game’s published claim instructions.
  • Unclaimed prizes: if a winner does not redeem a prize within 60 days of Mil Game’s winner-contact email, the prize will remain with Mil Game for next season’s production and prize funding, to the extent permitted by applicable law. No alternate winner will be selected.
  • Odds depend on the number of eligible entrants, player participation, virtual dice results, spectator selections, and final leaderboard results; no purchase improves the odds.
  • Winner notification and redemption: Mil Game will contact winners by email. Each winner has 60 days from the date of Mil Game’s winner-contact email to redeem the prize.

The $1,500 figure is the current maximum intended total prize pool, not a guaranteed amount until the required advertising funds have been received. If less than $1,500 is secured for prizes, the final total will be lower and will be disclosed before winners are announced. Mil Game will contact each winner by email, and the winner must redeem the prize within 60 days from the date of that contact email. Potential winners may be required to respond, verify eligibility, sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where lawful, and provide tax information before a prize is awarded. Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included in the prize. Mil Game may issue tax forms when required. Never pay a fee to claim a Mil Game prize; Mil Game will not require a winner to purchase anything, wire money, or pay “taxes” to receive a prize.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize permits Mil Game to identify the winner by name, city and state, and prize information for winner-list and promotional purposes. A winner may request the legally permitted restriction of publicity use by contacting support before accepting the prize.

08 / Likeness, photo, voice, and AI production consent

By applying as a player and checking the consent box, a participant grants Mil Game and its production partners a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use the participant’s name, submitted biographical details, city and state, photograph, portrait, image, likeness, and approved player identity to create, reproduce, alter, animate, generate, publish, distribute, advertise, and promote Mil Game, its episodes, character sheets, profiles, trailers, social posts, advertising-funded production materials, and related production materials in any media now known or later developed.

The participant understands that their likeness may be replicated or transformed by AI systems to create a player profile and series media, and that source materials and generated character sheets may be shared with third-party vendors and AI platforms used for image, video, audio, editing, storage, and production. Those vendors may process the materials under their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee that an AI platform will produce an exact likeness, preserve a particular result, or be able to erase every derivative or cached copy.

A player may choose to submit a voice recording or other voice likeness if that option is offered. Voice submission is optional and is not required to enter. If submitted with the applicable consent, the same production permission applies to the voice likeness for Mil Game and related production, subject to the consent shown at the time of upload. Do not submit another person’s image, voice, or personal information without permission.

Except for the permissions expressly granted here, the participant keeps ownership of their original submission. Mil Game may edit, crop, stylize, combine, or decline to use any submission. No additional payment is owed for the uses described in these terms unless required by law or expressly promised in writing.

09 / Data collection and privacy

We collect information needed to administer the experience, including name, email address, city, state, player or spectator account details, submitted photo and optional voice materials, generated profile assets, virtual balance and bet history, support messages, and communications. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, referring page, timestamps, cookies or similar identifiers, and page activity for security, analytics, and operations.

We use this information to process entries, administer the game, generate and publish series assets, communicate with participants, prevent duplicate accounts and fraud, maintain the leaderboard, respond to support and data requests, measure site traffic, fulfill prizes, comply with law, and protect Mil Game, participants, vendors, and the public site.

Information may be shared with authorized production workers, hosting and database providers, analytics providers, prize and payment administrators, legal or compliance advisers, advertising sponsors when needed to deliver their purchased advertising, and third-party AI platforms and vendors that help create video, image, audio, or character-sheet assets. Advertising sponsors do not operate the game or receive control over participant accounts, eliminations, winner selection, or prize administration. We do not sell a participant’s raw photo or voice likeness for unrelated advertising without additional permission.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for production, account administration, fraud prevention, prize records, support, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. No online service can promise absolute security. For a data access, correction, deletion, consent, or likeness-use question, use the support form below and identify the request clearly. We will verify the requester before making account or data changes.

10 / Conduct, technical rules, and disqualification

Participants must provide truthful information, use only their own account, follow posted deadlines, and avoid harassment, threats, impersonation, abuse, cheating, automated access, exploitation of bugs, interference with the site, or attempts to manipulate a dice result, leaderboard, account, or prize process.

Mil Game may disqualify, eliminate, suspend, or remove any account or entry it reasonably believes violates these rules, tampers with the program, creates a security risk, uses false information, or acts unfairly. Mil Game may correct displayed balances, bets, dice results, rankings, or records when necessary because of a technical error, fraud, or administrative mistake.

Mil Game is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or technically interrupted entries; internet, device, browser, hosting, email, or platform failures; or unauthorized access caused by a participant’s own account security practices. If a technical problem materially compromises a promotion, Mil Game may suspend, modify, or cancel the affected portion and provide any remedy required by law.

11 / Releases and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, participants release Mil Game, its affiliates, production partners, vendors, AI platforms, advertising sponsors, prize suppliers, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation, account use, publication or transformation of submitted materials as authorized here, technical failures, or acceptance or use of a prize, except for claims that cannot legally be released.

The series and its media are entertainment content, not news, documentary evidence, medical advice, financial advice, or a promise of real-world events. No participant should treat an AI-generated depiction as a factual statement about them or any other person. Nothing in these terms waives a right that Wisconsin or federal law does not allow Mil Game to waive.

12 / Wisconsin law and dispute terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent applicable federal law or a non-waivable law in an entrant’s jurisdiction controls. Subject to applicable law, disputes should first be submitted through support. Any permitted court proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and participants consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

This page is informational and does not replace legal advice. Wisconsin and federal prize-promotion rules can depend on the exact prize, chance, skill, consideration, advertising, eligibility, and winner-selection mechanics. Mil Game should have counsel confirm the classification and disclosures before launch.

13 / Acceptance

By submitting a player or spectator signup, you confirm that you have read these rules, are eligible to participate, agree to the account limits and free-entry terms, and consent to the data uses applicable to your role. A player’s consent also covers the photo and likeness permissions in Section 08. A voice likeness is optional and requires submission through an available voice-consent flow.
